AOI - Enables customers to link their accounts data to their office apps. Can link Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint. (Limited linking to MS Project and MS Access). Works with Dimensions / Horizons /ADM / Smart tags v1

Smart Tags v1 - A summary web page which gives an overview of key records in the accounts (customer, suppliers stock etc.). Links with Dimensions / AOI / EDT /FocalPoint, runs inside the app or from MS Office. Free application

EDT (Executive Desktop) - An application that allows you to design key reports and deploy to a web page. Also offers some alerts Links to Dimensions / Horizons / Smart tags

Report Pack Creator - An application that collects reports from different sources together and converts into a PDF for distribution to a variety of places. 

Dashboard - A web based application that shows KPI's that the customer has defined as being of importance to them. Designed to link to Dimensions but can link to multiple sources. 

Access Task Centre - Creates alerts and other workflow functions.

Transaction Broker - Middleware that sits between Accounts and third party applications and imports data.  Can also link to excel, csv etc. Works with Dimensions / Horizons

API / SDK - Application Programmers Interface / Software Developer Kit a set of tools for integration
