Expenses management
It's so easy to enter expenses on the go. Simply tap key
information such as such as dates, values and project codes into
the preconfigured drop-down menus and submit for approval. To
complete your claim, attach a picture of the evidence e.g. a rail
ticket or fuel receipt taken on your iPhone.
Keep on top of admin
Information entered by staff using the central FocalPoint system
is automatically sent to your iPhone so that you can keep processes
moving smoothly whether you're in or out the office. Timesheets,
expense claims, absence and purchase requests can all be approved
via your iPhone, with powerful search, filter and drill-down
facilities to make the authorisation process quick and easy.
Multi-level authorisation
All information sent to and from your iPhone forms part of your
business-wide approval workflow. This means that everything from
expense values to periods of absence are thoroughly checked and
validated by all necessary approvers before entering the central
system for processing.
Contribute to business CO2 reporting
Enter a little extra information when claiming for travel
expenses e.g. miles travelled and integration with our ACE
(Accounting for Carbon Emissions) tool will calculate the amount of
carbon generated from that journey. This information is then
automatically gathered for inclusion in your company's carbon
footprint reporting.
