Ready to run

aged debtor lists to P&L and balance sheets, every transaction
from the lifetime of your system can be searched sorted and
subtotalled. All your information can be displayed the way you and
your auditors
want it. Business management forms such as invoices and

customers.
Flexible formats
Every report can be printed to screen or paper. They can be
saved to disk as a spreadsheet or a PDF file. They can be imported
as data into a database or alternative software. They can be
published on sharepoint or to the internet. They can be
sent automatically to a group or groups of staff. They can be
accessed on PDAs and smartphones. You really can have all the
information you need, wherever and whenever you need it.
Audit & transaction reports
With more than 250 standard formats to choose from you need to
establish your favourite management reports and mark them so
that they appear at the top of your reporting list and every member
of staff can choose their own favourites or you can choose for
them. Reports can be copied with unique and meaningful names and
configured to provide the filtering, sorting and subtotaling that
you require.
Records reports
Every record in the system, from customers to projects and stock
to nominal accounts, can be reported in summary with sixty or more
on a page to full detail with one or more pages per individual
record. It is fast and easy to view every piece of information
known from month by month turnover for many years to profit
statistics and buying trends.
P&L reports
Profit reporting can be by company, division or project or by
any other format you may need. You can look division within project
or project within division the information can be sliced and diced
in any way you choose. You can compare month, quarter or year. You
can look at budget against actual and forecast the likely out-turn
for the rest of the year.
Balance sheet reports
Balance sheets can be in summary or full account code detail.
You can easily examine all the journal movements between one period
and another and compare balance sheet positions year on year.
Document reports
Documents such as invoices and statements can be modified to
include your own
choice of logos, graphics, colours and fonts to help you match
your computer output to your brand. You can specify unique layouts
and formats for use with individual customers.

requirements then you can describe to us exactly what you require
and we can either write it for you or teach you how to write it for
yourself. We can write reports that span multiple databases so that
you can have a single report that includes financial and non
financial information.
