Dashboard is a real-time management information console that communicates key business activities, such as targets, performance levels, movement and trends, in a highly visual format. Entirely web-based, this tool draws information from a single or multiple data sources, enabling graphical monitoring of key metrics, from corporate level right down to the individual. Highly flexible, this functionality is the simplest way to deploy business intelligence to any user in any business, regardless of industry or size.

Real-time information

Changes in your business system are automatically reflected in real-time so you can be confident in the accuracy of your information. Simply decide how often you want the charts to refresh (upwards of 10 seconds) and how you want the information to be displayed, for example, as a rolling slideshow.

Drill-down

Should you want to gain detailed feedback of performance, all the information you need is available within this single, self-contained environment. Simply drill laterally at each level within the chart to gain a 360 degree view of underlying data and take instant action over anything that requires further investigation.

Summary information

Dashboard condenses huge amounts of complex information into intuitive formats, providing the bigger picture at-a-glance and enabling you to grasp complex relationships with ease. Your staff can define their own data views, bypassing irrelevant information and enabling close monitoring of metrics that matter to them. All views are subject to full security privileges for total control over your business information.

Monitor performance

KPIs can be tracked over time by an in-built scheduler. You specify when and how you want to track any measure within a configured data source and monitor movement via a series of traffic light indicators, charts and graphs. See at-a-glance whether performance is improving or declining, and how quickly this is changing.

Visual appeal

Intuitive visual formats, such as speedo dials and stock market-style views, facilitate quick reviews of trends and current facts. Bar, pie, doughnut, line and area are just some of the chart types you can choose from.

Collaborate effectively

Dashboard provides a framework for management and collaboration, empowering your staff to focus on business objectives. For example, teams can be allocated specific KPIs and their progress monitored via a 'KPI tree'. Nodes within the tree are fully configurable to your chosen structure, representing for example, employees, groups, teams and products. Staff only view the tree structure that's relevant to them whilst editing privileges can be extended to team leaders and managers.

With all this information available on-demand, staff across your business can access key information quickly without waiting for data to be collated from disparate sources. This not only improves decision-making but reduces administrative bottlenecks. All information held in charts and KPIscan be emailed direct from Dashboard and utilised in other formats, further extending the flow of quality information around your business.

Deploy anywhere

This fully web-based application is compatible across all platforms and browsers supporting Macromedia Flash Player - meaning data is available anywhere in the world via secure log-on. You may also choose to publish information on your intranet or to your website, enabling the public (e.g. customers and suppliers) to track key information such as spending limits and job progression.

Multiple data sources

Dashboard can provide a view of multiple databases beyond your finance system such as Oracle and Microsoft Access, Microsoft SQL Server and can include flat files like Excel. Data from multiple sources can be pulled together in single charts to allow comparisons, for example, between CRM and sales data.
