Understand your employees' needs
Our software addresses the important areas of training, learning
and development and performance management. As these areas impact
each other, our solution brings them together to ensure that you
are able to monitor activities and maximise the knowledge of your
employee's needs and abilities.
Our training administration module holds details of employees'
training needs and a history of activities they have completed.
Tools are provided for scheduling training events, bulk booking,
cancellations and generation of correspondence as well as analysis
of costs, attendance and effectiveness.

Central portal for training activity
Self-service tools enable your staff to access training and
development information (to check courses that are on offer),
request attendance, log their own training activities and CPD and
access their appraisal form. In fact, you can decide what
information you would like them to see and what they have access to
update.
