Extending into the wider business, FocalPoint provides additional web-based tools for time-based organisations such as timesheets, expenses and resource scheduling as well as business-wide functionality in the form of project management, purchase requests, online reporting and workflow forms.

Supporting multiple currencies and languages, modules within your solution are configured to your precise requirements and can be added to now and as your needs change.

Technology

Access Dimensions and FocalPoint are built around Microsoft SQL Server database, providing you with an 'open data' architecture. This means you can link Access business software to any of your existing applications, via a proven API (Application Programming Interface) for development and integration of SQL applications. We also provide a Transaction Broker, capable of integrating with any other type of ODBC/XML and Internet packages.

Reporting

Every module within Access Dimensions and FocalPoint comes with a comprehensive selection of standard Crystal reports, all of which utilise the SQL-based platform for instant access to your data. Full integration with Microsoft Excel provide you with a further level of flexibility, enabling data to be simply extracted into OLAP cubes for offline analysis and uploaded within a single click.

Beyond the finance department, our Dashboard simplifies complex information into a web-based 'console', delivering constantly refreshed management information to the wider business in a highly user-friendly series of graphs and charts.
