New Access Dimensions brings increased efficiency and ROI with Workflow Forms
Colchester, UK - 29 November 2010 - Access, the
mid-market consulting, software and solutions provider is offering
increased efficiency to businesses with the latest version of its
award winning Access Dimensions software. The newly released
update, 2.50d, includes Workflow Forms which allow businesses to
recreate their own processes in an electronic form and make it
available at any chosen location within their solution.
Chris Bayne, managing director of Access said "Workflow Forms
can be anything from simple data capture to complex workflows,
punctuated with multi-level approvals and alerts. By using
automation you can speed the capture and flow of information around
your organisation. Creating efficient workflows and linking them to
core processes, brings a greater return on investment in every area
of your company."
"We've directly responded to the demand of our users," continued
Chris. "We knew from speaking to our customers that they wanted
enhancements to record cards and the Workflow Forms module is a
response to that."
Efficiency and usability are improved as Workflow Forms push the
information to the user rather than forcing the end user to go and
find the information. "The latest version of Dimensions ensures
that the software is scalable across all of your business
processes. This flexibility means the system can grow with your
business," concluded Chris.
The interface on the new Workflow Forms module is very similar
to other Access products, offering consistency of information
across all solutions. Within Access Dimensions users can access
Workflow Forms from both the ribbon bar navigation, and the record
cards, making the system seamless, so users feel as if they're in
the same application.
Access Dimensions has been recognised as 'Software package of
the year' for the past three years at the Accountancy Age awards,
and won the 'Enterprise Accounting & Finance' award at the SIFT
Media Software Satisfaction Awards 2010.
