Double honours for Access Accounting in prestigious Anglian Business Award

Colchester, UK - 22nd November 2007 - Access Accounting has received double honours at the Anglian Business Awards clinching the Innovation and Technology Award and the runner-up title for Business of the Year.

The honours were presented on Thursday 22^nd November at the Trinity Park Conference and Events Centre in Ipswich.

Access Accounting was awarded the accolade for its flagship Access Dimensions solution, which has been extended to include a suite of web portal modules aimed at the project management-based professional services market. The solution allows businesses to view the status of their projects, budgets and resources at a glance - all via standard web access. It also allows them to update information online including keying in expenses and timesheets directly into the system, saving a huge amount of time and money.

The celebratory evening, which was compared by comedian Dominic Holland, brought together businesses from all over Anglia to celebrate success in the region.

The Anglian Business Awards, which are in their tenth year, recognises excellence and achievement in the business community. There were 14 categories this year including Marketing, Young Business Person, Business Development, and Community Involvement.
