Armstrong Consultants shortlisted for Business Software Satisfaction award as 'Reseller of the Year'
Harpenden, UK - 1st August 2007 -
Leading software reseller, Armstrong Consultants has been
shortlisted as a finalist in the Business Software Satisfaction
Awards in the 'Reseller of the Year' category. The winner will be
announced at a Gala Awards Ceremony at The Brewery in London on 9th
October 2007.
The Business Software Satisfaction Awards were established in 2006,
in association with BASDA, to reward high standards from software
application providers serving UK businesses. In 2006, the awards
were issued to vendors of accounting and tax software applications
- this year, there are 19 categories across many business
disciplines; accounting & finance; human resources; training;
CRM and customer management. The category of 'Reseller of the Year'
covers all these disciplines.
The awards are based on the views of genuine buyers and end-users
of business software applications - not those of a judging panel.
This means that the awards act as a valuable guide to any business
taking the decision to purchase new software applications. Each
award category has a shortlist of the three companies who were
rated highest across four criteria: value for money; ease of use;
functionality and reliability.
Chris Bayne, Managing Director at Armstrong Consultants comments:
"It is always an honour to be short-listed for industry awards, and
to be nominated by our customers is an even greater achievement. We
aim not only to provide first class solutions for our clients, but
to go to the extra mile to offer exceptional customer service and
technical support. It's great to see that our efforts are valued
and being acknowledged by the people who actually use the systems
every day."
Armstrong partners, FrontRange and Access Accounting, have also
been short-listed in the awards. FrontRange has been nominated in
the 'On-premise CRM' category and Access Dimensions has been
nominated in the 'Mid-range Accounting & Finance' category.
