Access to demo latest version of Service Manager at SME exhibition

Colchester, UK - 20 September 2011- Access, the mid-market consulting, software, and solutions company, is showcasing the latest version of Access Service Manager at the Service Management Expo 2011. The integrated solution helps businesses to automate processes and manage complex schedules, track outstanding jobs, raise quotations, and match engineers to the most appropriate jobs, saving hours of manual processing.

Following the success of the solution at the 2010 event, Access returns with a version upgrade. The latest update includes; integration to Access Document Manager, new look and feel ribbon interface, and workflow forms. In addition to this the new release also has a quick call entry screen with further integration with postcode look-up software.
