Access Technology Group boosts M&A team with appointment of Dell director
Colchester, UK - 4th March 2008 - Access
Technology Group, the parent company behind award-winning business
software house Access Accounting, has appointed Mark Boulton -
Dell's director of enterprise marketing EMEA. Mark takes up his
post as Chief Marketing Officer with ATG and is tasked with
positioning the company as mid-market leaders in the business
software sector. Working closely with the other members of the
Board, Mark will also help spearhead the Group's strategy in the
drive for organic growth and synergistic acquisitions, enabling ATG
to double its current turnover to £30m by 2010.
Alistair O'Reilly, Group Managing Director for ATG and founder
of Access Accounting commented, Mark is highly respected within the
technology arena and has a strong track record of marketing
excellence. He brings with him a wealth of experience and great
energy to drive our business forward. We have made excellent
progress in growing the business to date and the expansion of the
team is part of our strategy to further cement ATG as a major force
within the mid-market sector.
Prior to joining ATG, Mark held a number of senior marketing
roles in the IT industry including Head of Dell's EMEA Server
business, Head of Global Storage Marketing for Dell Inc and Head of
Global Business Development for IBM Tivoli's storage division. Mark
is also a Fellow of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management
(FinstSMM).
