Access acquires Rugged Logic cash flow forecasting solution

Colchester, UK - 23rd April 2009 - Access Accounting has acquired the IP for Rugged Logic's 4CAST cash flow forecasting solution, for an undisclosed sum. The two companies had been working in partnership prior to the acquisition. The solution is already a fully-integrated module within the Access Accounting business and finance portfolio.

The Rugged Logic solution is the only ICAEW approved cash flow forecasting package in the UK and was shortlisted in the Accountancy Age Awards for Mid-tier Software Package of the Year. This new generation of cash flow forecasting software combines historic data, business drivers, and forward assumptions about the business, providing a detailed and accurate picture for future planning.
