Access Accounting cuts average waiting time for support calls
Colchester, UK - 21st May 2007 - Access
Accounting has announced another successful payroll season, with an
average waiting time of just one minute for customer calls to be
transferred to an in-house support specialist.
Lyndsay Bower, financial controller for
Editworks, a professional broadcast post production services
company based in London, commented, "The Year End instructions sent
out by Access were very comprehensive and easy to follow. When I
did need to contact them, I was put straight through to a
technician who solved the problem immediately. The service was
simply excellent."
The payroll season is a very demanding period for many
companies, particularly in the smaller accounts department. Chris
