11 MILLION chooses Armstrong Consultants
Harpenden, UK - 23rd June 2008
- 11 MILLION, the organisation led by the
Children's Commissioner for England, has chosen Armstrong
Consultants to implement its new financial and project management
system at its London Bridge HQ. Armstrong will be implementing the
award-winning Access Dimensions Lite solution alongside Armstrong's
own FocalPoint project management system.
The organisation needed to improve its existing finance system
and short-listed Armstrong following a visit to Softworld
Accounting & Finance in February 2008. The project management
capability was a key requirement for 11 MILLION. The new system
will enable non-accounts staff to log their expenses and raise
purchase orders without needing to access the core accounts system;
in addition to having access to various project management reports
and overall key financial information. Dimensions Lite will have
three users and FocalPoint 30 users.
The Go-live for Dimensions Lite is currently in progress and the
FocalPoint implementation is scheduled for July 2008. The project
will be run from Armstrong's head office in Hertfordshire.
