The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) has unveiled a new advertising campaign aimed at promoting the Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) qualification.
Launched as part of a wider campaign to raise awareness of the qualification, the new marketing strategy highlights the benefits the qualification has both for students and business.
Sue Best, marketing director at the ICAEW, said: "Our aim is to reach the next generation of chartered accountants, showing them how the ACA qualification can help them understand the language of finance."
The advertisements are to appear in the national and business press, as well as on postcards and student websites, the organisation stated.
According to Ms Best, the campaign is likely to be "different" and not what most people will expect to see from the ICAEW.
In related news, the ICAEW and the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants recently set up a joint project team to promote cooperation between the two countries'
accounting professions.
