Businesses looking at ways to become more environmentally-friendly
and save energy can invest in
carbonaccounting software to achieve their
goals.
According to web author Adam Vaughn, people looking at ways of
helping the environment and improving their
carbon footprint should implement an achievable
plan in order to become more environmentally friendly.
The eco-expert suggests that firms and consumers should implement
"classic eco-saving tips", such as using energy saving light bulbs,
turning off appliances rather than leaving them on stand by.
Mr Vaughn advises people to "start small and work big", as small
measures will add up, suggesting that "once you start on the
basics, move on" as it "does make sense to do it in order".
He added that certain measures, such as insulation, can save
businesses and individuals money, while green measures such as
renewable energy sources are the next step.
New research by Worcester, Bosch Group, indicate that nearly 70 per
cent of Brits want more education when it comes to things like
saving energy and one in five are in favour of fining people who do
not use green methods.
