Searching for an automated screening solution

The decision to adopt screening software was a no-brainer for Morgan McKinley as they were using an arduous paper-based process that required candidates to complete multiple forms. A major challenge was keeping track of what was outstanding whilst ensuring there were no GDPR breaches, with many compliance documents containing personal data being returned via email.

Morgan McKinley’s goal was to automate and streamline their pre-employment screening process. Moving to an online screening platform offered a more GDPR compliant and positive experience for their candidates, whilst enabling them to operate with greater levels of efficiency, speed and accuracy. Due to the reduction in time taken to process every candidate, they would also enjoy significant cost savings.

What were the objectives that you wanted to achieve?
