Meet your hosts
James Hood: A self-proclaimed IT geek with 23 years of experience, began in the Service Desk and progressed through various IT roles. Formerly a client-facing consultant in Legal and professional services until 2015, he shifted to become the Head of IT for a large Yorkshire firm. James focuses on strategic tech direction, development, and adoption, driving positive change for secure legal service delivery through technology and innovation at LCF.
Kirsty Stridfeldt: With nearly a decade of experience in delivering IT services to the Legal Sector, Kirsty began her career in sales and account management, gaining insights into business challenges and identifying opportunities for valuable IT services. Over the past four years, Kirsty has excelled in a Service Delivery role, closely collaborating with clients to build strong partnerships, ensuring ongoing support, and maximizing the value derived from the services provided.
Chris Morris: Chris has 26 years of IT experience ranging from building the technology for a business through to funding business growth, however his passion is bridging the gap between technical IT and non-technical audiences so that IT delivers value for all.
Jon Cuthbert: Over 23 years working in IT. 20 of those years working for the same Legal Managed Service Provider in a technical consultant role providing IT advice and strategies.
