The Access Group appoints new Chief Marketing Officer

The Access Group, a leading provider of business management software to mid-market organisations in the UK, Ireland, US and Asia Pacific, has announced the appointment of Teté Soto as Chief Marketing Officer. The new appointment further strengthens the Marketing and digital capability as the organisation continues its ambitious growth strategy.

Teté takes over from Gursaran Marjara, who retires after six years with Access and a 36 year career in tech and software.

Teté joined from her role as Chief Executive Officer of Amigo Technology, a cloud-based technology platform. An experienced marketer and commercial leader, Teté brings significant cross-functional and cross-sector experience to Access. Between 2013 and 2021 she held several senior roles at O2, including Customer Marketing Director, General Manager of Online and Multichannel, and Transformation Director.

Prior to O2, Teté worked at AllSaints and Dixons, building their eCommerce businesses. Teté’s early career was in strategy consulting at Bain and Company and she holds an MBA from INSEAD. Teté is a passionate and focused leader who values excellence in execution, teamwork and inclusivity as key drivers of success.
