Access Hospitality strengthens Customer Experience technology that drives operator footfall and revenue with appointment of new GM

To oversee the strategic development and implementation of the Customer Experience technology Access has announced the appointment of Martin Verdon-Roe as General Manager.

Verdon-Roe joins from his previous position as General Manager/VP at Tripadvisor’s Hospitality Solutions business unit and brings over 20 years of international business experience to the company including a background in developing and launching innovative solutions to the market.
