M50 north

• Head southwest on M50 toward Exit 6
• At junction 6, take the N3 exit to Navan/Blanchardstown
• At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Blanchardstown Bypass/N3 heading to Navan/Blanchardstown
• Go through 1 roundabout
• Continue straight, take slip road to R121 (after Quinn Building and heading to Blanchardstown Shopping Centre)
• At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto R121
• Go through 2 roundabouts (past Institute of Technology on left hand side)
• At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit straight on to dual carriageway
• At the roundabout (Texaco garage), take 4th exit into Blanchardstown Corporate Park 2

• Head northeast on M50 toward Exit 6
• At junction 6, take the N3 exit to Navan/Blanchardstown /Cavan
• At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Blanchardstown Bypass/N3 heading to Navan/Blanchardstown/Ballyshannon
• Go through 1 roundabout
• Take the exit toward Cavan
• Continue straight
• At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto R121
• Go through 2 roundabouts
• At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit straight on to dual carriageway
• At the roundabout (Texaco garage), take 4th exit into Blanchardstown Corporate Park 2
• Access are the first building Plaza 212 clearly marked

Clonee bypass/N3

• Head east on Clonee Bypass/N3
• Continue to follow N3
• Take the exit toward Blanchardstown
• Turn right at R121
• At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Blanchardstown Rd N/R121
• Go through 1 roundabout
• At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit
• At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit straight on to dual carriageway
• At the roundabout (Texaco garage), take 4th exit into Blanchardstown Corporate Park 2
