Meet the team
Put a face to the name. Meet the Access Ireland team and find
out a little more about their roles and interests.
Alex
Reeves
I became MD for Access Ireland in 2008. Prior to joining the
company, I managed various business and systems change programmes
for UK retailers and their logistics partners, including Ernst
& Young. I've also been involved in ERP advisory projects for
KPMG and a logistics role at BMW Rover Group. Outside of work, I
enjoy spending time with my wife and three children.
Joanne Johnston
A Meath woman and proud! I coordinate all promotional activity
as well as providing sales support. My love of music and arts
festivals means that I really enjoy organising big events such as
our user conferences. Following graduation from Dublin Business
School, I worked in New York then travelled through Asia and
Australia before building a marketing career back in Ireland.
Sam Woodyatt
I became an Account Manager for Access Ireland in 2009 having
spent eight years working with the Access Channel. This position
combines all the skills I've learned, having worked as an end-user
accounts supervisor and in the areas of training, support and
customer service. I was voted Access New Sales Person of the Year
2008/09.
Lynn Graham
Having gained my Executive PA Diploma qualifications, I'm
currently putting my skills to excellent use as PA to MD Alex
Reeves. In my joint role as office manager, I get a real
behind-the-scenes view of things and am proud to work for such a
customer-focused company. When I'm not at work, I enjoy spending
time with my adorable three-year old son, Aaron.
Kevin Spiller
I joined Access in 2005, bringing over 20 years' project
management and operational experience to the role. Primarily a
consultant, I'm also dedicated to maintaining quality standards
within Support. This enables me to play a proactive role in the
early identification and resolution of customer issues, providing a
great deal of job satisfaction.
Alan Potter
I joined Support in 2003, building up in-depth product knowledge
before training as a Consultant. I'm now proud to be an
ACAP-qualified partner offering a broad skill remit, covering
everything from installation to training and report writing. When I
get the chance, I enjoy going to spin classes and socialising with
friends.
Frank Farrell
As Consultant Manager in the Dublin office, my role involves
project management and resource allocation and I am also available
to customers in a client care capacity. I enjoy sharing my many
years of cross-sector experience with our consulting team. In my
spare time, I enjoy family life, either here in Dublin, or in
Germany where our son gets paid to play video games!
Phil Turnbull
Since joining Access over four years ago, I've worked alongside
colleagues Frank, Alan and Mike to implement Access Dimensions in
sites across the north and south of Ireland. My main areas of
expertise are troubleshooting and expectation management. When not
at work I like to spend time with my Apple Mac and 20 Mb Internet
line.
