Meet the team
Put a face to the name. Meet the company directors and find out
a little more about them.
Stuart Allsopp
I lead Development & QA for Software Division at the Access
HQ near Colchester, and have been with the company for more than 10
years. For kicks, I enjoy village life on the "Sunshine Coast" of
Essex with bracing walks in the local countryside or along the
beach, although preferably in the summer!
Mike Audis
I'm based at our Harpenden office and manage Finance &
Administration for Software Division. I've been with the company
since 1993. Due to my computer science background, I enjoy nothing
more on a Friday evening than sitting in a badly lit room going
through my listings. Computers Rule!
Gary Bailey
I'm responsible for Solutions Division, Colchester, leading a
team of 22 sales people, project managers, consultants and
developers. I've worked at Access since 2006. An Ex-England team
swimmer and ex-rugby player, I'm also a qualified RFU rugby referee
and coach U11s. When I'm not playing golf or enjoying my love of
food and drink, I'm taxi driver for my three children.
Tony Barrow
I'm responsible for looking after our Channel Partners. I've
been with Access since 1992 and I'm more passionate now than ever
before about bringing our solutions to the mass market. When I'm
not presenting, demonstrating or driving, I like spending time with
my family and playing tennis, football or driving go-karts -
oh, and when I have to, weeding and feeding my garden!
Aidan Bartlett
I manage Projects for Solutions Division out of our London City
office and have been with the company since 2001. I also advise on
compliance and legal matters. I'm a Fellow of Association of
Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and have an MBA from the
Open University Business School.
Chris Bayne
Based at our Harpenden office, I have overall responsibility for
Solutions Division, focusing on sales and implementation. I've been
with the business since 1993. Working closely with customers,
prospects and the sales team to uncover trends in technology
and new products ideas is what really drives me. A lover of red
wine and fine food (OK any food), keep fit is certainly not high on
my list of priorities!
John Beech
I'm based at Access HQ, near Colchester, and have overall
responsibility for Software Division. Since joining the company in
the early 90s, I've worked in every area of the business but my
true passion is for software innovation that helps organisations
increase their business advantage. When I'm not hard at work, I
enjoy sailing and taking part in international competitions.
Steve Berridge
I manage Sales for Solutions Division, driving new business for
Access, and operate out of the Harpenden office. I'm also
responsible advising the Board on sales strategy and for leading
our mentoring programme for new team members. I've been with the
company since 1994.
Ket Chauhan
Managing Development and QA for Harpenden is my core
responsibility, along with supporting the sales team and advising
on the technical capabilities of the software. I've been with the
company since 1993. Outside of work, I enjoy watching Leicester
City; I'm a keen fan - and proud!
Paul Druckman
I've been a non-executive director and advisor to the Access
Board since 2004. A former President of the ICAEW, I've worked
extensively within the accounting profession, particularly in the
field on sustainability issues. I'm currently Chair of Board for
the Prince of Wales project on accounting for sustainability and
chair the reporting working party, http://www.sustainabilityatwork.org.uk/.
Jon Jorgensen
I'm responsible for Solutions Division, London City office, and
have worked with Access since 1997. We serve a broad range of
customers but our particular specialism is in the not-for-profit
sector. Outside of work, I like to keep active - living near the
coast, I spend most weekends during the summer wakeboarding. When
the winter draws in, I play football for East Bergholt Utd.
Ian Little
My role is to oversee Finance, Administration and HR for the
whole company. I operate out of the Access HQ and have been with
the business since 1997. Prior to Access I worked with Deloitte
& Touche, KPMG and Ernst & Young. I enjoy spending time
with my wife and three children as well as a spot of sailing. I'm
also involved with our local church in Ipswich.
Piers McLeish
I'm responsible for Solutions Division at the Runcorn &
Sheffield offices and have been with the company since 2004. Prior
to Access, I worked with well-known names such as MBNA
International Bank and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). Outside
of work I enjoy films, books, the odd artistic enterprise and good
food, preferably in a warm climate!
Kevin Misselbrook
Based at Access HQ, near Colchester, I look after Customer
Services and Support for Shared Services Division and have been
with Access since 1997. My responsibilities also include Deputy
Chairman for BASDA, and Chairman of the BASDA Special Interest
Group on Financial software. I also serve on the ICAEW IT faculty
committee and on the BASDA Special Interest Group for Green
IT.
Alistair O'Reilly
As the founder and Group MD, I have overall responsibility for
Access. I started the business in 1991 with the vision that
emerging mainstream technologies should be usable by, and
affordable to, medium-sized companies. Today, we've grown
considerably into one much larger mid-market organisation, focusing
on providing a complete range of consulting and software solutions
to our customers.
Rob Parkinson
I manage Projects for Solutions Division, and have been with the
business since 1993. Operating out of the Harpenden office, I
provides pre-sales advice, consultancy, training and post-live
resources to customers. Due to my unusual 'gift' of being 6ft 7
inches tall, I'm a keen volleyball player and can often be seen
playing in the Hertfordshire league - always on the winning side of
course!
Alex Reeves
I oversee Solutions Division for Ireland and Sevenoaks and also
have responsibility for marketing. Prior to joining the company
back in 2007, I worked in business development, systems
implementation and operations within a multi-channel retail and
FMCG environment. These included big names such as Ernst &
Young, KPMG and BMW Rover Group.
Craig Such
I manage Solutions Division at Emley, home of Access' ERP
software. Having been with the company since 1992, I've experienced
all areas of the business including development, support,
implementation and sales, before moving into the role of director.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and the twin
daughters.
Chris Tossell
I've had close ties with Access since the late 80's and was
involved in the business through to 1995. I rejoined a few years
ago and now oversee Commercial Projects for Shared Services
Division and M&A activity. Married with four grown-up children,
we enjoy just 'getting away from it all' which we do whenever we
can (subject to the usual time constraints - my wife has her own
business which, of course, uses Access software)!
